These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of NeuralSkillset.com including any content functionality and services offered on or through the website. By creating an account or accessing our platform you acknowledge that you have read understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

You must create an account to access certain features of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Upon enrollment in a course you are granted a limited non-exclusive non-transferable license to access and view the course materials. All course content including videos text documents and other materials remain the property of NeuralSkillset or its content providers.

You may not reproduce redistribute or create derivative works from course materials. Courses are for personal educational use only. Commercial use or sharing of course access credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Course fees are listed in Canadian dollars and must be paid in full before accessing course materials. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for most courses. To request a refund you must contact us within 14 days of purchase and have completed less than 25 percent of the course content. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Some promotional or discounted courses may not be eligible for refunds.

All content on NeuralSkillset.com including but not limited to text graphics logos images audio clips video clips and software is the property of NeuralSkillset or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not modify copy distribute transmit display reproduce publish license create derivative works from or sell any information or content obtained from our platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright trademark and other laws.

You agree to use our platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not use our services to transmit harmful content harass other users or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

NeuralSkillset provides educational services on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy completeness or reliability of course content. Your use of our platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination you will lose access to all course materials and any unused portions of paid courses will not be refunded unless required by law.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect including ownership provisions warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
